One of the easiest ways to improve the flavor of your cooking is to use cold water in your home kitchen. It may not seem like a big deal but when you consider that hot water will go through your hot water heater, sit in your hot water tank, in addition to potentially going through a water softener then it starts to make sense.
Cold water has a more direct route through your home to your kitchen sink. And as a result, by simply switching to cold water whenever you boil water for pasta or add water to soups or whatever you’re using water for in your cooking, then you’re improving the flavor of your food.
